One step processing seals a printed top web laminated to a base film onto the tray. This enables the consumer to remove the product information and cooking instructions, leaving a microwavable or ovenable sealed film for cooking.
This revolutionary lidding packaging solution increases the consumer appeal through the maximisation of the marketing real estate. Reverse printing of the film top web allows for branding to be clearly visible on the front of the pack, as well as product and cooking information to be printed on the underside.

HOW PERFECTSEAL LIDD™ PACKAGING SOLUTION WORKS • The first layer of plastic film is laminated to a base film and contains the product details which can be printed using high definition graphics.
• The second layer of film remains, sealing the food in the tray. The consumer continues to follow the cooking instructions as per the label.
CONSUMER SAFETY AND PROTECTION
The highly printed top film is safely separated from the bottom film layer prior to cooking, preventing the migration of printing ink contaminating the product.
